Delivered to the US Army in 1959 as an L-20, 58-2023. Civilianised in Montreal as C-GAQW in 1975. Moved to British Columbia. Took up residence in Campbell River in 1985. Joined MJM Air in 1997. Crashed on 28 February 2005 with the sad loss of all five on board. Contact was lost after an evening takeoff from Campbell River to the northeast. Only one victim was ever found. Wreckage was finally located in July 2005, 800ft down off the east coast of Quadra Island, after a continuing search promoted by the families of those on board. The badly damaged airframe was salvaged.
