Built 1965 and operated by MRP NPO 'Vzlyot', registered CCCP-11768 in 1989 and transferred to ELIIP in 1995, Antex-Polyus in 2002 and Southern Cargo Airlines in 2004. Reregsitered 4L-12008 in 2005, S9-GAW in 2008 and 9T-TCH with the DR Congo AF in 2009. Wfu at Kisangani-Simisimi from at least 2011 and last noted in 2020

This 1965 An-12 was sold to Southern Cargo Airlines in Mar 2004 as RA-11768. It was reported at that time as sold to Sudan, but things have changed and the aircraft flew under Georgian Flag in many unclear cargo missions through Africa. From Feb 2006, Antonov reported that the An-12 was no longer airworthy anymore, but the aircraft continued to fly and was eventually de-registered as S9-GAW, with a Sao Tome company named Styron Trading. The An-12 simply continued its dubious flights and began operating for the Democratic Republic of Congo Air Force. It became 9T-TCH in Jan 2009 within the FARDC(FA).
