VH-RCS was removed from the register in November 1994 as "crashed". On November 1, 1987 -RCS forced landed on a disused rubbish dump when on approach to Jandakot airport. It struck a mound of earth and flipped in its back causing substantial damage, according to the accident report. Whether it was repaired is not known. Often aircraft remain registered for years after accidents while a decision on repairs in made.
