VH-RCS was removed from the register in November 1994 as "crashed". On November 1, 1987 -RCS forced landed on a disused rubbish dump when on approach to Jandakot airport. It struck a mound of earth and flipped in its back causing substantial damage, according to the accident report. Whether it was repaired is not known.
