Former Texas Air Beech 99 N22AT joined the Colgan Airways fleet in April 1971. A year later it was registered N99CA. Sold when the airline merged with Presidential Airways in 1988, the aircraft, maintaining the N99CA registration, would fly with Chaparral Airlines on a short lease (August 1988 - January 1989). After subsequent leases to Alpine Air Express, the airline would buy the aircraft in 1994. It was later stored at Provo, UT and the registration cancelled in 2018.

This 99 was sold to Colgan the following year, and became N99CA.

Colgan's first aircraft, ex Air Texas, re-registered N99CA shortly after this picture was taken. Was at CMH for avionics work.
