This hoplite was originally delivered to the Polish AF in March 1968 as 605 but later given the serial 0605. It was retired in September 1990 and joined PZ Timed as SP-FSM from August 1990. Unfortunately, it crashed at Warsaw - Babice (EPBC) in June 1992 but later rebuilt and cancelled from the Polish register in Februsry 2002. The helicopter is now on display at this Military Technical Museum to the north-west of Katowice.
