In Canada since 1956, the earliest record I can confirm is this Piper Apache was in the Canadian Registry to Powell River Airways in 1961. Acquired by AirWest circa 1969, the aircraft was sold privately in 1980 as ten local operators including AirWest merged to form Air BC. The registration was cancelled in 2018.
