Former Bell test registration N4471N was delivered as CH-542 on 21 September 1983 sep83, Its serial was cancelled on 14 March 1984. The helicopter was written off by September 1985 and possible since 2006 in use as a travelling exhibit. It was reserialled to SUH-4401 in 2010, then to SUH-542 by March 2012.
