It is former Bell test registration N3189K and was most likely delivered to the Sri Lanka Air Force as CH-565 in 1985. It was reserialled to SUH-4102 around 2010 and again to the current SUH-565 by March 2012. On this right side of the helo, the SLAF titles at the cockpit door are written in english, while on the left side, the text is in local (Sinhalese or Tamil) language.
