Delivered to United Ailines as N8077U in 1968. Converted to a DC-8-71 in 1983. Converted to a DC-8-71(F) freighter for Jet Fret as F-GNFM in 1982. To Cargosur as EC-529 in 1993 then reregistered as EC-FVA in 1994. They merged into Iberia in 1995. To Aero USA as N945GE in 1998 then to TAMPA Colombia as HK-4176X in 1999. Changed to HK-4176 by 2005. Withdrawn from use at Marana, AZ and back to N945GE which may not have been applied in 2006 and later scrapped.
