Tragically, on 31st December 2017, the pilot and the five passengers in this aircraft were killed when, shortly after take-off from Cottage Point, NSW., it crashed into the water at Jerusalem Bay,(Hawkesbury River), NSW.

Reregistered VH-NOO in 2000.

With the Super Spread Aviation logo on the tail. This aircraft was cancelled as destroyed following a fatal crop dusting crash in 1996. The wreck was subsequently rebuilt as a seaplane and registered VH-NOO on 17 February 2000. On 31 December 2017, it crashed into the Hawkesbury River.

This 1963 Beaver was delivered new as a cropduster to Super Spread, being registered VH-IDI on 5 February 1964. On 15 November 1996 the aircraft was officially destroyed in a fatal accident near Point Lookout, NSW. The wreck was subsequently rebuilt as a seaplane and registered VH-NOO on 17 February 2000.
