Built in 2005. In special colours celebrating the 60th anniversary of the first flight of the Mi-8 and the 55th anniversary of the introduction of the type into the service of the Czechoslovakian Air Force. Assigned to the 222nd Helicopter Squadron (222. vrtulníková letka) stationed at the 22nd Helicopter Air Base "Biskajská", Náměšť nad Oslavou.

Náměšť-based helicopter, in service with the 222. vrtulníkovou letka (helicopter squadron). Built in 2005 with line number 23-02 and delivered on 5 September that year to Pardubice by An-124, together with 9844 that was in the flying display here and two others.
