Ringway-built and delivered to RAF as MW107 in April 1944. Immediately passed to the South African A.F. as 4999 for use by General Smuts in VIP role, named "Oubaas". Sold to Tropic Airways in 1952 and then to MEA as OD-ACN in 1956. Crashed at Lahore on 6 April 1962.
