The Kongelige Norske Luftforsvaret once operated 22 T-17s with the Luftforsvarets Flygeskole (LFS) from its homebase of Bardufoss. Through the years four were written off during accidents, two became an instructional airframes (possibly after an accident too) and one was stored and cannibalized after an accident. So the LFS nowadays (2020) flies with fifteen T-17s. Training continues through the year, also during snow.
