Despite its new name, the A50 Heritage is a more authentic variant of the A50 Junior replica ultralight aircraft. It has analog instruments and a Verner Scarlett 7H radial, unlike the Rotax-powered model in the background. This is apparently the Heritage prototype, first flown in early August 2024 - construction number is 001. D-MJFG was already presented at Oshkosh in July 2024 though.

Gorgeous replica on static display in the evening light at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2024. The A-50 Heritage which first flew in 2024 is based on the 1929 all-metal sports monoplane that was presented to the public for the first time in 1929 at the International Air Show in London. The aircraft built of corrugated metal is powered by a 122 hp Scarlett 7U radial engine driving a MT wooden propeller and has analog cockpit instrumentation.
