One of two Boeing 767s acquired from Pacific Western Airlines in 1985. C-GPWB was withdrawn in 2007 and stored at Marana, AZ.

Former Air Canada

Delivered new to Pacific Western 4th March 1983 and transferred to Air Canada May 1985. Withdrawn from use CYUL (Montreal) 31st March 2001 and flown to KMHV (Mojave) 1st Oct 2002 for scrapping.

The second of four 767s ordered by Pacific Western, C-GPWB was delivered April 2, 1983. The non-ER aircraft proved too large for the airline's domestic network and the last two orders were cancelled with the two remaining 767s sold to Air Canada.

Beautiful airplane, but when a request for route extensions to Toronto were denied (the days of a regulated industry), 767s proved too big for PWA routes. After May 1985, this 767 and it's sister ship were flying with Air Canada. It was retired at the beginning of 2002 and stored at Mojave, CA.
