Placed on display as recently as May 2024, this was Boeing entry in the Joint Strike Fighter contest started in 1996 and ultimately won by Lockheed Martin's X-35 and developed into the F-35. It was never given USAF markings, remaining in Boeing's ownership

The X-32A was Boeing's prototype entry in the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) competition. The other entry was the Lockheed X-35. The X-35 won, and now is in production as the F-35 Lightning II. The X-32A was retired to the USAF Museum in 2005. The a/c is in the restoration hangar and not currently on display. The X-32A was not assigned a USAF serial number nor was it marked as a USAF a/c as it was owned by Boeing.
