A nosewheel Harvard? Well, an NA-16. The fixed tailwheel gear NA-16 was introduced by Sweden before WWII. 52 Sk14s, plus 83 Sk14As with Piaggio engines, were built by ASJA and Saab. Some of these were modified to Sk14N standard with a nosewheel to train Saab J21 pilots. The tailwheel was simply retained. The SFF website indicates that serial number 696 was coded 5-105 on the photo date. Photo by: Flygvapenmuseum
