Delivered to the Royal Navy in 1962 and transferred to 4 SoTT RAF in 1970 for use as ground instructional airframe 8179M in 1970. Displayed at the Wales Aircraft Museum from 1977 till it closed in 1996, having an 809 Squadron emblem applied at some point. Moved to Bruntingthorpe but scrapped (nosed saved)
