This new Viking Aircraft DHC-6 Twin Otter Series 400 was built at Calgary Airport, AB and registered C-GVAT in August 2013. It was painted and customized by Ikhana Aircraft Services at Murrieta / Temecula - French Valley (F70). It was photographed in Vietnam People's Navy (Hải Quân Việt Nam) markings in heavy rain on Feb 28, 2014 during a prior when it was officially registered N900VK. The aircraft returned to Canada as C-GVAT and departed Victoria, BC on Sep. 28, 2014 on a westbound ferry flight to Vietnam via Alaska, Russia, Korean and Taiwan.
