Crashed at Sydney on December 10, 1966. It was flying over Sydney Harbour filming yacht races when the tail rotor failed. Out of control, it crashed into an office tower and plunged to onto a building below killing the three onboard. The accident was filmed from inside the doomed aircraft and also caught on film by a person making a home movie in the Botanic Gardens.
