Test reg PH-EXY before delivery to East-West Airlines as VH-EWQ in 1976. To Fokker as PH-JBO in 1985 then to TAM as PT-LAM in 1986. Damaged in a belly landing at Uberaba in 1997. Departed on a ferry flight but returned and was deemed to be damaged beyond repair.
