Delivered new to Bearskin Airlines as C-GGVX in September of 1975, later with Air-Dale, also in Canada. Was registered in Germany as D-ISKY with different owners between April 1995 and December 2002, before joining Trigana Air that month and year. Trigana Air operated - and still does - many Twin Otters into jungle airstrips in Papua, and due to the demanding flying conditions had a fair number of incidents unfortunately.
