Built in 1969 and registered as N66201. To Lambair as C-GGDZ in 1975 then to Cape Smythe Air Service as N851T then N851TB in 1977. Repossessed and stored at Ontario in 1987. To Sound Adventures Air Services in 1988. Damaged beyond repair when the floats broke in a hard water landing at Sleepy Bay, AK in 1989. Wreck moved to Springbank, Canada for parts reclamation. Scrapped there in 1992.
