To TWA as NC44998 in September 1945 and later N44998, operated by Northeast Airlines, Lake Central Airlines, Houston Aviation Products Corporation, Jefferson State Airlines and O'Hare International Airline before being impounded in Colombia in 1979. Operating with SELVA by 1980 and Transoriente by November 1992. Sadly crashed when both engines lost power on take off from Villavicencio 28 May 1994 killing all 29 on board.
