First flown October 1971 and delivered to General Air as D-IDHB the following month staying with the airline through several name changes (General Air, Hadag-General Air, Hadag Air, and Holiday Express). To Zimex August 1984 as HB-LOI. Badly damaged at Chitembo, Angola while operating for the ICRC 30 June 1990. Rebuilt by Zimex. Leased to Aircraft Leasing Services as 5Y-JHZ.
