A flight originating from the United Kingdom (Birmingham) and bound for Tenerife has landed urgently at the Reina Sofía airport, due to medical problems caused by a baby on board. As reported by the Air Controllers, given the urgency of the situation, the approach to runway 25, the opposite of the runway in use at the time, has been cut back.
