See notes on other photo. Now out of the hangar, G-AWVJ/XX475, awaits dis-assembly ahead of transport to Italy. G-AWVJ was the current British registration after build, before it went to Cal State Lines as N1036S. Later acquired by the RAF and then DTEO/DERA, then to Northbrook.

This airframe is no longer required by Northbrook College and has been acquired by an aviation institute in Italy for similar purposes. In order to extract it from the hangar the contractor tilted the nose upward to lower the fin. The aircraft is subsequently being disassembled for transportation. The registration (see other photo too) G-AWVJ has now been expunged. G-AWVJ was not at at any point a current registration during Northbrook's ownership, however it was the first registration used by this airframe in the early 1970s. Prior to acquisition by Northbrook this aircraft was XX475 DTEO.

At November 2024 this aircraft is in the Northbrook College hangar maintained to taxi run up standard. Was sold in the US as N1036S with Cal State Lines. Later XX475 with the Royal Navy before reverting to its original registration first used in 1968.
