Operated by Shannon-based Westair, this aircraft later became 6V-AIM. It was lost when on 5 September 2015, while on a medical transportation flight from Ouagadougou to Dakar, it was involved in mid-air collision with a Ceiba International Boeing 737 over Senegal. The 737 suffered minimal damage but the BAe125 failed to respond to ATC and flew on to crash in the sea 60 nautical miles west of Dakar.
