Built in 1970, still active in 2010 but now guarding the friendly airfield at Hamm, which is close to the city centre - note the Pauluskirche. The official history of the airfield on the north bank of the Lippe River starts in 1949, which I found hard to believe. I did find that the site was an emergency landing ground already in 1927, but the Luftwaffe does not seem to have used it.
