Built in 1957 and delivered to Aviaco as EC-ANX. Flew with Sudflug as D-CASE from August 1961 until sold in the USA as N12517 in February 1966. Bought by Prinair in July 1967, converted to a Prinair Heron and re-registered as N573PR in January 1970. When Prinair ceased operations in 1985 the aircraft was withdrawn at San Juan, along with many other of the airlines Herons and its remains were reported to linger on at San Juan's Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Airport (TJIG) until at least 1996.
