The first airline to operate this turboprop was COPA Panama, from 1969 until 1974. After spending some years in Europe again, mainly used as a demonstrator, the aircraft came to Canada in October 1984 and stayed with Calm Air until the end of its career. Last flying activity known in 2005, it was withdrawn from use, perhaps at Thompson where it was based in its final years.
