The 168 was built by Sikorsky as a UH-60A and delivred to the US Army in the early 199s. It was later converted to UH-60L and here seen, most likely assigned to the A/1-111th AVN of the Puerto Rico ARNG, but still showed the outlines of the State of its previous owner, the Kentucky ARNG.

Camp Buehring in Kuwait is used for maintenance of the helicopters as well as rest and R&R for the crew.
