The aircraft was destroyed on landing at Woodvale on 26th April 1966. After use as an instructional airframe it was broken up at St Athan in 1979. Later moved to Breighton, it was seen here under restoration at Halton to complement the flight simulator in the James McCudden Centre, the latter details were carried on the aircraft.
