Originally delivered to the US Army as a CV-2, it was one of a number Caribous that were transferred to the USAF in January 1967 and served with them until returned to the Army in July 1983. From September 1990 it was assigned to Puerto Rico Army National Guard and was last reported displayed at the Puerto Rico National Guard Museum at Camp Santiago Training site, Salinas, Puerto Rico. (Thanks to Joe Baugher's excellent US Military Serials web site for much of the above).
