On 31st July 2020 this aircraft was about to touch down at Cotswold (Kemble) Airport when the left wing dropped and touched the runway. The pilot attempted a go-around, but the aircraft landed to the side of the runway and travelled across the grass before colliding with a parked aircraft. No injuries were sustained, but both aircraft were substantially damaged and it was cancelled from the USCAR in January 2021. The other aircraft involved was Twin Comanche G-ATXD.

Tragically this aircraft was lost, and the owner/pilot killed, when on 4th January 2016 it crashed in the sea off the Dutch coast whilst on a VFR flight from Gloucester to Osnabrück Atterheide; the accident report concluded that the non-instrument rated pilot lost control in poor visibility.

Tragically this aircraft was lost, and the owner/pilot killed, when on 4th January 2016 it crashed in the sea off the Dutch coast whilst on a VFR flight from Gloucester to Osnabrück Atterheide; the accident report concluded that the non-instrument rated pilot lost control in poor visibility.
