This Black Hawk was most likely assigned to the A/1-111th AVN of the Puerteo Rico ARNG. The helicopter was allocated to BEST and offered for sale to US Gvmt agencies on 27 December 2017. It was then converted to UH-60A+ and left for the Afghan Air Force as 23607. After the Taliban took over the country in 2021, the Black Hawk was seen abandoned in Kabul. Current fate?

Within the bounderies of the massive base (that housed the command of the Combinded Joint Task Force of Operation Inherent Resolve) is Patton Army Heliport (OK2A).
