On delivery to the Kazakhstan Border Guard! Very lucky to have it pass through Malta, as all the previous deliveries routed elsewhere. Presumably to avoid Ukrainian airspace.

Newly inducted C-295 with callsign SUGREEV flies in front of OD Fort at Prayarag, marking its first appearance in an air display in India during the 91st anniversary celebrations of the Indian Air Force. The aircraft was inducted into the IAF on 25 Sep 2023 at AFS Hindan. The IAF is slated to become the largest operator of the type.

CA7101 is the first CASA C.295MW to be delivered to the Indian Air Force, seen landing RW13 at Luqa from Seville on the first leg of its long delivery flight to India. The first 16 C.295s of the 56 aircraft on order will be assembled at the San Pablo Sur site in Seville, Spain, with the second aircraft due to be delivered in May 2024 and the next 14 rolled out at a rate of one per month until August 2025.

Eight C295Ms delivered in 2010/2011 were augmented by two winglet equipped C295MWs delivered in 2015. All are operated from Santa Lucia by Escuadron 301.

One of two C295MWs that the Czech Air Force ordered, both of which had been delivered by late July 2021. The M in the subtype stands for modernized, and it is rather obvious from the image what the W stands for: winglets. The four C295s that were already on strength will be updated to the same standard. They are operated from 24th Transport Base (24.Základna Dopravního Letectva) Kbely, of which the emblem is on the nose, by the 242.tsl (transport and special squadron).

Only delivered to Czechia on 17 May 2021, so we can speak about a brand-new aircraft at the time of its visit to Belgium.
