The pilot of VH-HAU was trying to get a better look at a saltwater crocodile on mudflats at Dundee Beach, Northern Territory, on June 21, 2009 when he crashed. He dragged his injured passenger away from the wreck, the tide and the crocodile. They were rescued later that night.

VH-FHK was incorrectly marked VH-FHL when this photo was taken at Heliflite's factory in the Sydney suburb of Castle Hill where owner Lyndsay Edmonds had other business interests. Heliflite moved assembly of helicopters to Bankstown airport as industrial development impacted on helicopter operations at the Castle Hill site. VH-FHK suffered an accident in 1985 from which it recovered but has since been withdrawn from use.
