An ex Pan Am JT-4A genuinely Transatlantic 707. Back from a lease to Zambia Airways,British Midland flew a sporty beat up of the Rolls Royce Airfield at Hucknall near Nottingham for an AirShow in 1975

Less than two years on from my shot of this aircraft in Kenyan colours, here she is with Zambian. Converted to freighter in 1995 and joined Emery as N811AL; broken up at Roswell, NM in 2005

First registered as VH-EBV with Qantas in 1967 and bought by Zambia ten years after. In 1989 she was sold to TAAT as ST-ALP and ended up with a new lease of life with the USAF as 92-3290 after E-8C conversion by Grumman Aerospace, being the second J-STARS production aircraft. At Birmingham, AL under major maintenance mid-2007 moving to Lake Charles, LA in 2008 and noted in USAF service 2012
