Not the most obvious choice of aircraft to fly cargo, this IL-62 is familiar under the Libyan registration as a VIP aircraft from sightings in Moscow, but was repainted in LAC colours in 10.08. Originally CCCP-86553, she served after 2000 under various shady identities (EL-, 3C-, TL-) before taking up the current reg in 2004

This Hercules was acquired via Benin in 1985 and was hijacked by a Libyan crew to Egypt in 3.87, later being returned. Rework completed in 9.08 by OGMA in Portugal (followed by LAF C-130H's 118 & 115) and returned in the full green LAC livery

This is likely to be another An-26 that was transferred from the Air Force (possibly ex-8301) although it does not carry a serial like many of the others

The aircraft of Libyan Air Cargo are often engaged in paramilitary operations and many of the Antonov 26s carry serials as well - this ex-Air Force example has 8209 next to the name 'Waddan' on the nose
