Ex- D-GISO and G-GISO. On 17th November 2017, when the aircraft was landing at Coventry Airport, the undercarriage nose leg retracted and the aircraft's nose and propellers struck the runway. The damaged airframe was purchased by a US citizen for £8,000 and shipped to Kenosha Regional Airport,Wisconsin, where it was repaired and rebuilt, flying for the first time in February 2020. It has since been re-registered N9DC.

On 4th February 2008 this helicopter suffered significant component and airframe damage when, after landing from a post-maintenance check flight, it suffered a seizure of the main rotor gearbox pinion outer bearing due to oil starvation. The main rotor gearbox had been replaced during recent maintenance and it was determined that metallic debris had entered the bearing oil supply gallery during attempts to remove a blanking plug. (With thanks to ASN). The registration was cancelled on 16th June 2008 as "Permanently withdrawn from use".

On 14th June 2019 this aircraft was written off, damaged beyond repair, when it crashed shortly after take-off from Bidford Airfield, Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire, after the engine lost power and the pilot had to make a forced landing in a field of barley. The official CAA record shows that it was cancelled from the register on 23rd December 2009 after being sold to Spain. However it has never re-appeared in that country so it is assumed that the remains were acquired for spares.
