XR106 was sold to Hants & Sussex Aviation for parts and succumbed to the scrapper's axe next month

The first of four ex-Lufthansa RJ85s for Mongolia's largest domestic airline, about to depart on delivery to Ulan Bator via St Petersburg. Eznis was founded in 2006 with Saab 340s ("nis" is a Mongolian word for fly so title of airline means "easyfly") and with the addition of this RJ, flew to 14 internal destinations along with routes to China and Russia

Owned by Air Salvage International, this bizarre graffiti-type paint-job was applied as a promotional experiment, while the other side retained the Lucky Air colours of its former operator. Looks like it would make a good lens test chart!
