Deutsche Luftwaffen-Ausbildungsstaffel F-104 USA (2. DtLwAusbStff F-104 USA). This particular aircraft was sold to Taiwan as 4392 and crashed on 31 May 1988.

In 1976, the USA celebrated its Bicentennial. The F-4C that had the best serial for a special colorscheme for this occasion was 63-7676, as can be seen on this picture. The aircraft also carries two MiG-kill markings, not because this Phantom was involved in any, but because the commander of the 58th was. Unfortunately, this F-4C crashed into the Pacific Ocean off Oregon on 3 January 1989.
