Birgi, on Sicily is essentially an F-16 base with a small civil terminal about as far away from the F-16 area as you could get. Since about 2007 it has become well used by mainly low-cost carriers, in particular Ryanair. Here six F-16s can be seen (one in the blister hangar) the colourful livery making the nearest and third, MM7240 easy to identify. The second carries a special livery that I cannot trace.
