Built in 1967, rolling off the factory floor 21 January, and first flying 28 January. She would spend time flying in places as far-flung as the Caribbean, Fiji, and New Zealand before coming to the US in 2014 and starting a second career as a skydiver lifter. In 1969 two Lockheed Super Constellation were bought by relief organisations providing food support for war torn Biafra. They flew daily from the island of Sao Tome. After the whole operation the airplanes were left on the island. Since 1970 the airplanes have remained in open storage in an area next to the airfield. By now they have been made part of a restaurant/music venue called Asas d'Avião, only open for special events. This Constellation is almost completely built-in, this photo was taken from outside the venue.

This Global Express of BestFly had arrived the previous night from Kinshasa and departed early afternoon for a direct flight to Horta in the Azores. BestFly is based in Angola, but has a lot of the business Jets they manage on the register of Aruba. The also have airline operations under this name in places like Cabo Verde and Angola.
