Low cost airlines form the bulk of the traffic at Luton and the three main operators can be seen on this shot. On 10th October, the day after my last visit, many years after my previous visit, the multi-storey car park seen behind the aircraft caught fire leading to the destruction of about 1500 cars. It will eventually be demolished.
