Delivered on 23 November 2012, becoming A7-AHX. Parked at the A380 factory in the background are two aircraft destined for the Aeroscopia museum: an A300 and F-WTSB, one of two Concordes kept by Airbus.
My prediction that this 'Deux-Ponts' (Double-Decker) would soon be starring as the 'Father of the A380' in the new Aeroscopia museum did not come true, and she remained in the outside Ailes Anciennes collection nearby.
Designed by ONERA, the French aerospace lab, and flown in 1954 the Delta VX, or Deltaviex, was a small experimental jet with a swept rather than a delta wing. The aircraft was salvaged from a landfill. Note the SO.6025 Espadon on the right.
The Fouga Magister was produced here in Toulouse. No 457 is painted in the livery of Brazil's Esquadrilha da Fumaça aerobatic team, which operated the T-24 Magister from 1968 to 1970. In fact this was a French air force machine.
