Ailerons and the No.4 engine have been removed for refurbishment. SCFA ceased restoration of this aircraft when it became obvious that a post-9/11 FAA wasn't going to allow a standard airworthiness certificate to be assigned to the aircraft. Currently (January 2018) stored disassembled at Dynamic Aviation headquarters in Bridgewater, VA.

Beautiful restoration. Patiently awaiting replacement of No.4 engine before undertaking the flight across Atlantic to The Netherlands, which was successfully completed in September 2002. Aircraft currently (January 2018) on static display at the Dutch Aviodrome in Lelystad.

Engines are getting attention with cowlings removed on all four engines and propeller removed from the No.2 engine.

SCFA abandoned the restoration of N105CF when it was determined that the post-9/11 FAA wouldn't approve a standard airworthiness certificate for the aircraft. It was stripped by parts by SCFA and HARS before being acquired by Dynamic Aviation who disassembled and moved the aircraft to company headquarters in Bridgewater, VA.

Classic pose for a very classy lady. Its evident from the shine on this airplane that she's found a good home at the Dutch Aviodome Museum.
