This aircraft was new on the European airshow circuit. It later became G-THUN but was sold in the USA in 2007

This aircraft left the UK and was be based at the Milville Army Air Force Museum, New Jersey, USA. Whilst it was a sad loss to the European Air Display circuit it returned to the UK Register in February 2018.

Confederate Air Force P-47D at their HQ airfield in 1975. The aircraft was ex Peru Air Force 119. This crashed on 9 Feb 1980 but was rebuilt using parts from other aircraft and eventually became G-THUN, N147PF and back to G-THUN.
